The right time is now.

I've finally passed the halfway mark on this journey and am finding my motivation to be less and less about the scale. I'm so close to a healthy weight (less than half a pound to go woo hoo!) and am thinking it's time to start adjusting my goals away from a scale number. If I get down to 140 or beyond, great, but if not, oh well, I'm still HEALTHY!

You can look at a mountain as a wild place of beauty to view or paint or photograph from a safe distance; or a wild place capable of destruction like Mount St. Helens. Or you can look at it as a wild challenge that you take on one step at a time. When you begin the challenge you'll have no idea how long it will take to get to the top, but you know you will with the support of your team.

We are here for you! We'll help you climb that mountain. You'll find us on the rocky slopes, the shady valleys, the wild flower meadows, the glacier lakes. New Challenges are starting Sunday.
