Have you reached a plateau? Is that why you are down? I really recommend the book "The beck diet solution". I can't believe the motivation it has given me. Common sense Psycho Babble. But I really think once I start implementing the techniques, it will really work. This is all a mind game. And we are gonna win! RIGHT!

Thanks Sara, Sparkpeople is awesome! I am so ready for this. I have the right mind set this time and am gonna see this through! I'm not wasting money on WW, and all this time and effort at the gym for nothing this time! And registering for that 5k, will make me train or look like a fool. Good luck to us all. Never give up, that is not a choice!
