The good news is that i am finally winning in my weight loss battle with fast food.

It has been over 2 months since I've gone through a drive through to get breakfast or lunch!

While "doing fast food", I really did not realize how abusive I was being to my body. My only thoughts were for convenience and low price.

Ha!! The joke was on me!! It is costing me an arm and a leg worth of time and money to loose this weight and pay fitness center membership and purchase decent fitting clothes to cover the fat!

So let's learn from my mistake. No More Fast Food!!

Thanks for the comment on my blog. I hear what you are saying about allowing one unhealthy food item per day. I just wish I didnt feel the need to because its hard to stop after I start. But I will try to do this..and see if it helps. Thank you. :)!
