I've been heavy all my life, but come from a thin family. I've lost weight in the past but only to gain it back and more. My knees always hurt, its hard breathing and walking for any length of time before my right hip starts to hurt. I have to knock off some of this weight that's dragging me down. I'm married and own a Golden Retriever. Right now I'm looking to lose 50lbs. I need to lose more than that, but it looks like a good starting number and realistic. Some years ago I lost over 100 lbs but tore up my left knee exercising had orthoscopic surgery got depressed because I was in constant pain and could no longer exercise the way I wanted to and naturally gained all the weight back. I currently deal with arthritis in my knees. I need help getting this weight off so I can walk and do some of the things I used to like doing.
