I'm back with Sparkpeople after being away for a long time. During that time. I gained back 30 pounds that I had lost. I've lost 25 of the 30 now and I'm back on track. I have two good friends who are with me also...my cousin Gina (in the biking picture with me) and my gym friend Lisa. With their help, Sparkpeople, and newfound motivation, i am going to finally reach a goal weight. I've been on diets since I was 12 years old and have NEVER met goal. I'm pushing 60 now. IT'S TIME. I am tracking nutrition, counting calories, drinking PLENTY of water, and in December of 2007 discovered that exercise is not a dirty word. I currently exercise an hour at least 6 times a week (and I'm actually enjoying it).
