Getting Better Every Day!
I've been retired for one and a half years and am using this time to develop a new life style in the areas of nutrition and exercise. I love to travel. I lived in the Philippines for 2 years and Spain for 2 years, and have traveled through most of the US and much of Europe. I've been very lucky that I have been able to do what I love. I'm going to have to substitute teach more often to earn enough to do more traveling. Hmmmm, sounds like work to me!!! lol Joining ...

Long term I need to lose 100 lbs., but I'm focusing on the short term first! I have lost 30 pounds in this past year and 20+ have been with SP!

I am a happy retired lady who is still finding things to do and focus on in this new stage of my life. I am divorced, but friends with ex and his family, and have 5 wonderful grandchildren .
