My Goals:
I would like to keep up with the kids and their activities. I want to feel comfortable in my clothes. I want to get rid of any health risks my weight may bring on.



My Program:
Be aware of calories. More activity. Less TV.

Personal Information:
I have 2 kids-18 and 14. Lots of pets.



Other Information:
I have always loved to read. My mom's punishment for me when I was young was to take my book away. I enjoy kids-my own and others. I work with scouts. My job involves kids. Working with kids, we all know we need to practice what we preach. So I need to eat healthier and exercise.

Hi Deb, just stopping by to wish you a happy new year! I have been back about a month now as I got so fat I couldn't stand it any more..so back to watching carbs and counting again....seems like the same road before...

Hi just stopping by. I haven't been on spark for awhile..welllll I jump on and off. Started using the tracker mostly to track my carbs. I really don't want to diet, but tired of feeling crappy. Have a good one!
