Third time a charm?! I'm back for a third time to try and lose the 20-30 pounds that I feel I need to. I don't want to get skinny - I think too much emphasis is put on being thin. But I would like to get healthier and lose the spare tire I carry around my waist. Actually I would like to have a waist again! I'm back on track after having my 3rd child. All of that pregnancy weight is gone (YAH!). Now I want to push through to lose all of the extra weight that I have been carrying ...
Third time a charm?! I'm back for a third time to try and lose the 20-30 pounds that I feel I need to. I don't want to get skinny - I think too much emphasis is put on being thin. But I would like to get healthier and lose the spare tire I carry around my waist. Actually I would like to have a waist again! I'm back on track after having my 3rd child. All of that pregnancy weight is gone (YAH!). Now I want to push through to lose all of the extra weight that I have been carrying around since first getting an office job 10 years ago.

My Goals:
- To feel good about myself... I will never be a skinny twig, but I want to get to a healthy weight that I can be comfortable with. - To be comfortable with being me! - To feel like a (sexy) woman, and not just a Mom! - To embrace life; to live life to the fullest.
My Program:
Try to get in 45 minutes of cardio most days (at least 4X a week) plus some strength training.
Personal Information:
Stay-at-home Mom of 3 (age 14, 7 and 4).
Other Information:
I'm just out there trying to enjoy life as much as I can. Spark People has definitely helped me to find out different things that I like. And that exercise helps me have so much energy to enjoy life!
