Well welcome to Eastern NC. Your veggies in the past look beauful. You will get the hang of it here in no time.

Do you have friends in Eastern NC? I notice you live in Colorado.

I wish my pantry shelf looked like yours.

Hi Darcy, I also live in Northern Colorado...your produce is beautiful. I keep telling my husband that I want to eat from our garden more often. My 4x3 plot just won't allow it. I did have tomatoes coming out of my ears for a short time, but I don't know how to can. Great job on the weight loss! I myself am down 52.5 lbs. with 77 more to go! Good luck to you!

Darcy, you are doing great! I loved visiting your page, especially the photos of your garden produce. Never ever seen a purple pepper before! Quite interesting :-) What a healthy way to eat. I bet you even have your own composte as fertilizer. Good Luck on your weight loss journey and a cure for MS. Oh, cute cats:)
