HI!
I was looking through your photos and it's obvious that you certainly know how to keep fit! I was wondering if you have some time, if I could pick your brain (and your abs) for advice. I'm very active and do alright eating, but lately the number on the scale (and my waistline) have been going up, and I don't know what I'm doing wrong or how to change it! I would love some suggestions and to talk further if you're willing.
