We are on a break for the 5% Challenge, but those of us wanting to be accountable have stayed on joining the break team. If u r a member of the 5% Challenge and haven’t please ask your team leader,,, NOT the AOL (kaliswaleretc) how to be a part of this amazing bunch. I’ve also joined the Biggest Loser Challenge and am a Honorary member(I asked to be such with surgery coming up January 10th) of the Invincible Indigo team. Oh, as any older Dawggie (I’m on the Spirited Under dog team on the 5% If you’d like to have a TON of fun while having help to lose 5% of your weight please click the link here on my list of teams to join) can tell u , I’m NOT great at learning new tricks. Though once learned woohoo or WOOF WOOF!! Both of these exciting challenges are helping me a lot I DID make my 5% loss of over 9 LBs during this past Fall Challenge!! Setting a goal to lose month by month at a REASONABLE amount from now thru February TY for visiting

Fitness Minutes: 118,023

My Goals:
To hit my 5% Goal of about 9Lbs.

To make SURE I get my REST. If it's a hard night, to get UP and do a sleep yoga video posted on YOUTUBE. THere are MANY of these including for people who can't-do yoga at ALL.


My Program:

1) Drink 6 glasses of water (at 8 I generally GAIN)
2) Exercise SMARTLY! I keep breaking or injuring my foot which stops me cold. So now 10 to 20 mins at a time ONLY. If it feels at ALL Stressed,, slow WAY Down.
3) Stay in the 1200 to 1350 calorie range. NOT doing any "latest" things I've watched too many have MUCH success doing these, but then they go back to their regular eating after a time (sometimes a long time) and POOF! BACK comes the weight. NOT doing this.
4) Having DIANE APPRECIATION time by doing hobbies I enjoy. Working on a painting of the Fall. Very pleased with it thus far. I've had to LEARN if it's not "perfect" it doesn't matter. Rather my style does NOT have to be. It's way more about the fun than anything else.

LOOKING Forward to HOPEFULLY during the next 8 weeks to get into a class at the local Animal Shelter to do KITTEN YOGA!! WOOHOOO!!!


Other Information:
I DO NOT like the words "YOU CAN'T"!!! Where there's a WILL there's a WAY." It may NOT be the traditional way, but if we look for it, it'll be there. No matter where are on our journey we are HERE thus already an improvement.
