I have lost 7.2 pounds on the Atkins diet and I just started Monday the 21st of january. I'm pretty sure that is nothing but water retention. I will keep you posted you what results that I might have from now on. I'm happy that I am beginning to lose weight now if I can just stick to it and lose down to what I want, I will be even happier. Baby Steps. I have to crawl before I can walk right. Wish me good luck. emoticon emoticon
