Loving myself

I've always been slightly overweight but after depression and weight gain I'm ready to try to make something happen. I care less about actual weight loss than I do about pushing my body to be fitter. I want to train for a full marathon in the next couple years and generally be stronger and faster.

It sounds like we have some of the same goals. Although I'm not sure I'd ever have the focus to run a full marathon (my exercise ADD taps out at about 40 minutes of the same activity). Good luck with your goals. Stop by my page if you need some support. emoticon
