I participated in my first 5k obstacle race on 10/22/2011 (Run for Your Lives). It was the most amazing experience ever!!! It has motivated me to really reach my goal of losing weight and feel great about myself.

I've made a personal goal to participate every month or every other month in a 5k. Next year I'd really like to participate in Warrior Dash and Mud Run!!!!

And I am looking for a fitness buddy, Someone to stay in touch with, to motivate each other.

My Goals:
My most important goal is to feel good about myself.

- Lose weight

- Participate in 5k's and other events; Mud Run, Warrior Dash.

My Program:
- Going to the gym 3-4 days a week

- Cardio, strength training and circuit training

- Zumba once a week

- Drinking lots of water

- Eating fruits and veggies daily

- Cut down my dinner portions

9 year old son
3 dogs
