I know how hard it is when your sick, it kind of messes everything up! I am thankful I've not been sick at all since i started losing weight, except a few migraines. I think it has to do with the multivitamin I've been taking. It's getting down to the end of the month, so we've been struggling with what to fix for dinner. My son has a big awakening, when we get groceries this time, NO junk is coming into the house, at all. I am going to help my son get healthy if it's the last thing I do. He keeps saying he don't care if he's fat, but I know he does. My girls are all very small, but they can also benefit from eating healthy as well. I still have to buy Britney some fatty foods because she has to have it, but i can keep those things in my room and give them to her as her snack.
Now onto the bad foods you ate. So you ate foods that were bad for you, you know you did and it's ok. It's hard to eat right when you have family over, or you go to someones house for dinner. Don't be too hard on yourself. Today is a new week and Next month is right around the corner :0).
Setting goals is a fantastic way to keep yourself on track. It's better to lose weight slow so you'll keep it off and for good, which I know you will. I am very proud of you for taking the steps to change. Just remember, your not alone, I'm trooping right along side you.
