My Goals:
* Keep using SparkPeople, even on "bad" days.

* Track food and exercise.

* Do at least 5 cardio workouts per week, for 30 minutes each time.

* Start back on strength training.





My Program:
* I'm doing the 28-Day Boot Camp program. I like it, although I'm so out of shape that I find the workouts pretty tough!

* I have an elliptical, a Swiss ball, and hand weights at home. I haven't hit a gym yet.



Personal Information:
I live in the Southwest now (but I've lived in every part of the U.S. except the Southeast.) I have two great kids!!!

Other Information:
I read "The Spark," and I'm inspired to make it real for me!
