I AM READY TO GET HEALTHY!
Well...I've been gone for a really, really long time!!! I gave up and I feel so bad about that. I was only hurting myself giving up on Sparks. I'm here to say that I'm going to pick myself up and start all over again!!! :)
The most important thing in my life is my faith. The love for my family is next. My friends well what can I say, they are the greatest.
I have struggled my whole life with weight loss.
Recent health problems has made me reflect on my life and ...

Personal Information:
I live in southern California and my nick name is De. I come from a huge family. There are 12 of us, 6 brothers and 6 sisters. My brother Arthur passed a few years back. It's all about "familia" to me. I love them so much. I don't have children of my own but my sister Ester and I were always taking care of my nieces and nephews. Some of them have even lived with us off and on. Now it's their children that we care for. They are all such sweet hearts!!!
Other Information:
I love to read and it's probably because I use to work in a library. I like to see classic movies and give me a musical any time.
When it comes to music I'm ecclectic but my favorites are smooth jazz, R&B and country.
As you can see I'm a huge fan of Disneyland here in California. My parents use to take us and it has become a tradition. My sister and I try to go every year to visit Mickey. After all it is the "happiest place on earth."
