Busy mom dieting for the first time in her life
I've always been one of those girls other girls hated because I was "naturally" skinny. I worked out intermittently and ate a generally healthy diet never thinking twice about eating something fattening once in awhile. Then along came the babies. I had two pregancies back to back. The result is an extra 20 pounds and some seriously stretched out muscles (i.e.belly pudge). I haven't exercised since my first pregnancy and can't find the time to get any serious or regular ...

I worked out intermittently and ate a generally healthy diet never thinking twice about eating something fattening once in awhile. Then along came the babies. I had two pregancies back to back. The result is an extra 20 pounds and some seriously stretched out muscles (i.e.belly pudge). I haven't exercised since my first pregnancy and can't find the time to get any serious or regular workout in now. Our family's diet is generally healthy, however I struggle with providing low cost, quick, and super healthy meals that are satisfying. I'd like to find a way to eat better with slow permanant changes to our diets. I'm also looking for small impactful ways to improve the shape of my body and gain back some muscle tone. Working out for me will have to be in very small doses that feel a natural part of my crazy day.
