My Spark Journey

My problem with my weight has always been an up and down journey. I go from skinny, to gaining weight, to skinny and now I'm back to gaining weight but, NO MORE OF THAT! I'm currently in college so I don't always make the smartest decisions when I don't have enough money or enough motivation to workout of eat the right foods.

My Goals:
I really don't have a number in mind for my goal weight but around 130 sounds good to me.

I want to feel confident in a bathing suit, since I live in Florida that is a must!




My Program:
Attempting to go to the gym Monday through Friday and walk Saturday and Sunday.

I want to eventually get back into yoga and hopefully get a good collection of workout DVD's



Personal Information:
I'm a 20 year old college student. I live less then 10 minutes away from the beautiful beach!

I am madly in love with my boyfriend of two years. He is everything to me and I love him with all my heart.

Family means everything to me, I have a strong strong relationship with my Mom and Dad.


Other Information:
I love to read books, go to the beach, volunteer, and Sea Turtles are my favorite!

Thanks for the blog comment. I love the idea. I am starting my 3rd day today and I have actually noticed a difference in just 2 days. I am planning out my veggie consumption and have already finished 2 books that I haven't had time before to finish. The funny thing is that now i realized I had time to read this whole time but I just have to step back and tell myself to do it. :) Crazy! Plus I saw some numbers on the scale today that I haven't seen in a looong time. :)

First of all thank you so much for the great compliment!!

As far as tips. I guess really my only tip is to never give up. Just keep pushing and never stop tracking and exercising. I am just starting my maintenance period so I'm not really an expert on that part, but for me the changes that I have made are forever. They are all things I plan to keep up with for the rest of my life. I plan to always eat the way I eat, exercise and continue to track.
