Not my first time at the rodeo
I want to be as positive as I can as I know it does no good to beat myself up (although a kick in the butt is exactly what I need). I guess I loved my new body too much or not enough because the scale is inching in the wrong direction and its because I became complacent. Of course now that it's at a critical stage I'm throwing on the breaks. I don't know whether to do a 180 or 360. I will say all the spinning in circles is making me dizzy. So stumbling I go. I am a CO native; wife, mother of 6, employee at Childrens Hospital of CO, student at ACC.
Other Information:
I love to dress well with lots of color. I hate shopping though. I like reading (textbooks not so much). I dance when I can whether out with friends or cleaning house. I like being outdoors, mainly just playing around with my children but I am looking forward to hiking and bike riding soon.
