Time to take care of myself

I am a SAHM. My kids are all in school now and I am also a childcare provider. With more time on my hands then ever to eat eat and eat some more.

I am an emotional eater. I seem to eat all the time and it is all carbs carbs and more carbs and or junk food. Time to stop it all and start eating healthier.

Ohhh and i am going to get down to business with that horrible thing called exercise. I hate exercise but i hate the fat more.

Time to stay hydrated, eat some good fruits and veggies, get in some out door exercise and enjoy the nice weather. This week the purple passion are doing exercise reps and tracking. Come join us in creating a healthier summer.
