Thanks for all your encouraging words in the past. Sorry I haven't been able to visit your page as often as I'd like! You encourage me and I am thankful for you! Have a safe trip to Baltimore!

Thanks Dee for commenting on my blog. Slowly but surely I am getting back to shape! We had two walks yesterday! Sometimes breaking them up helps! Looking forward to some walking tonight at the same place! Nice to be able to have a place where you have lit up walkways...much cooler at night, especially in the summer! Have a good weekend! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Hope you like the cauliflower recipe. My Hy-Vee doesn't carry riced cauliflower, but I found it at Wal-Mart. I may try it with tomatoes and basil next time. You can use it just like rice with out all of the starches.

    Have a good week!

emoticon I looked through all your pics! I envy you all those travels you have done! Looks like you have had so much fun! Good for you!! I challenge you to write a blog of your next adventurous hike - maybe the ones in the Mid Atlantic states! That is what got me hooked to doing the blogs-just sharing my walking adventures and taking pics for everyone. Only if you want to that is....sometimes some people just don't have the time or don't want to bother with it. But, I do appreciate the pics you put up!
    Have a good day! emoticon
