I started my WL journey at 320# in Feb. 2005 and joined CalorieKing in April 2005. I did very well there, (lost about 165#, then slowly gained 35#back) and now I'm giving SparkPeople a try.

I am currently fighting with stayin on track. I am losing and gaining the same 10# over and over. '

The support here is awesome and I plan to reach goal. I find that I do best when my focus is on being healthy and fit rather than on the numbers on the scale. Now if I can only ...

Slowly, my motivation is starting to come back but I have found that I really needed to start interacting again to find it. HUGS dear friend. I am back to one day and meal at a time. MINI goals.
