Hi and thank you for friending me. You left a comment on my page which I'm responding to. But I'm a bit confused--am I suppose to respond to your comment on my page? or respond on your page like I'm doing now?
Anyway, I don't have severe arthritis--just run-of-the-mill everyday arthritis that I can control with OTC meds. I notice when I cut out drinking soda the arthritis isn't that bad at all. But I always go back to having a soda after a few days of not having it. One of my goals is to cut out soda entirely. It has to much sodium and also affects my legs and swells my feet. I agree with Dr. Fuhrman about eating better but it does seem very restrictive. Who doesn't like to have a hamburger once in a while? But I guess we can as long as we follow a healthy diet other days of the week. I'm sorry about your arthritis, it can be very frustrating not to be able to do things like we use to. Praying for you to feel better. Janis 64 days ago

If you're looking for a challenge and ready to make a commitment....I have the challenge for you!
Biggest Loser is the name. It's a 10 week commitment with 10 teams of 24 members each. Main requirements are to weigh in each week and do the interteam challenges (ITC's). Our inter team challenges) consist of exercise and nutrition. They are very helpful in losing the weight and inches and it's fun to compete with other teams for points. Individual teams might have mini challenges of their own.
I lead the Golden Phoenix would love to have you join us for Spring Challenge which starts March 8. Just let me know and I will sign you up and send you an invitation.
If you have any questions, please let me know. Hope to see you there as you sound determined to make a difference and see a difference!
