This time I will succeed

I started this weight loss journey in 2001. My starting weight was 207 lb (or more- I got really scalophobic when I saw that weight). I lost about 50lb that first year. My goal weight was 137 lb. The lowest I ever got to was 145lb- October 2004. I didn't spend long at that weight though, going back up to 150 sometime in 2005 and staying there for 2 years. My weight then started to creep up until I reached 156 about a year ago.
This time around I am determined to reach my goal and stay ...

This time around I am determined to reach my goal and stay there. I have set a weight of 140lb because that would give me a BMI in the middle of the healthy range for my frame. I am going to work on making exercise such an integral part of my life that I won't be able to go without it. I am going to look out for those cues that cause me to overeat. This time, with God's help, I will succeed.

Jan 2 2013: Reading this over has been quite motivating, and still apt! I'm going to keep it. (Only change is that my weight isnow at 160)

Microsoft Project is a software to plan and manage a project. it allows you to list all of the activities to complete a project, assign staff, timelines, resources and then after its all entered to analyze any cost or time implications if timelines are changed. Hawaii has asked that we use it for our project. I went to a training last week in the HR department to get additional training. HR has really good professional development.

Hi! I was just wondering if anyone from the Lexington area is traveling to the Spark Convention in Cincinnati. I'm planning to travel up alone, but thought it'd be nice to meet some other sparkers and chat during out weight loss journey.

Hi!
You sound a lot like me, except your weight loss seems to be more successful. I am on the same journey, trying to get out of the 200s and I would be on top of the world to be 156 lbs. Take care and keep on working at it!
