The Skinny Rules

1. Drink a large glass of water before every meal.

2. Don't drink your calories.

3. Eat protien with every meal.

4.Cut out refined flours and grains.

5. Eat 30 - 50 grams of fiber per day.

6. Eat apples & berries everyday.

7. No carbs after lunch.

8. Read food labels and know what you are eating.

9. Stop guessing about portion size - get it right.

10. No add sweetners including ...

Thanks for taking the time to read and comment on my blog. Generally I change sizes per 10 pounds. Since I really do not go out of my way to shop, Walmart or the Thrift store are my main go to place.

Hi Debbie,

I will let you know when I am able to walk around. It would be good to get together again. I am sure I could walk in the boot, but I am doing as little as possible.
