Keeping On...Just Adjusting the Sails... ;)

Just changing this status and page a bit to let anyone that might miss me here in Sparkville that I am taking an indefinite Spark break.

Will keep my page up and may peek in occasionally but not going to be in on a regular basis.

Haven't been here very 'regularly' for a bit now anyway as lifestyle and focus is changing.

The good news is this means I am reclaiming a life outside of cyberspace and being more ACTIVE so weight is moving ever so slowly in the ...

My Goals:
My goals for 2015 is to be consistent on my journey to a healthier lifestyle.

Work on a doable strength workout plan as well as daily cardio

Ditch the processed crappola once and for all and make my food plan a lifestyle choice designed around fresh fruits and veggies with high quality grains in moderation. Lean meat in moderation.



My Program:
Daily walks 2-3 miles minimum.

8-10 glasses of water a day

Strength exercises 3x week

Food plan - 'beans and greens'
80-90% plant-based.

Personal Information:
I am a 59 year 'young' grandma who wants to challenge the grandkids to keep up with HER in the years to come!
