I am following Jillian Micheal's advice. I joined her team and learned how many calories to eat and how many to burn each day. I am currently losing 1 pound a week. SparkPeople has been a BIG part of reaching my goals! I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon this program & lifestyle! I spread the Spark everyday!

How are you doing? I see you did a 5K. How did that go? I am thinking about trying to enter an event but I would be walking. Right now the cleanup of my backyard is pressing in on me and it is very hard work I am finding out. emoticon

OH MY GOODNESS! emoticon I never said thank you for the fantastic 'work out' shoes GOODIE. Where is my brain? emoticon emoticon I aplogize emoticon I was not brought up that way. I do enjoy nice, comfortable exercise shoes. emoticon Well, that is way I have to go back and read and sometimes reread what people are saying so I can manage to organize my brain and honor and cherish those around me who matter. Not that I don't show respect to others. Anyway, I'll do better. emoticon emoticon

Read all your blogs. After reading more of the Spark book and getting so much out of it and reading other Spark web site blogs, etc. I decided to revisit all my new Spark friends and visit as often as possible.
