    Hey, how are things going for you today? I have had a pretty good day because I got my water in and was able to stay under on my calories. I did get in 30 minutes of cardio on my run/jog. I wish I could do more but can't with my current health problems. Hopefully after surgery next week, I can get back on track :)

    Glad you joined the LBF challenge. We have a really supportive team, and it does seem that a common thread we share is having problems with dealing with emotions and using food as a stress reliever or comforter. I don't know if you have tried blogging here on SP, but I have found that it is a good way to help me connect with my feelings. And although many blogs are public, you can set your blog to be private.
