I wish I had a magic answer. I still haven't been eating as well as I could be but I am making it to the gym which is really the only 'me time' I get so thats kind of why I get that in, sad or not? I hope you are able to figure it out for you soon though!
Hi there! I am actually a competitive athlete. So for me running isn't just an exercise to stay in shape, it is training to race and get faster. Honestly? If I weren't training I would run but do less miles. I don't need this many miles per week just to stay in shape. For that reason, my primary exercise will more than likely always be running. But to answer your question, I also do some gentle yoga for stretching purposes, and I weight train. If I am sick or tired I back off and add cross training like biking or swimming.
