Spring 5% Challenge Diet Commitment: My goal is anti-inflammatory, high antioxidant, fresh locally sourced food, in balance of 40% carb, 30% fat, and 20% protein.

Day to Day, Minute by Minute: Follow my program daily with healthy choices one step at a time.

My sacred seven:
1. Eat within my calorie range.
2. Intentionally exercise 20 minutes a day.
3. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
4. Sleep 7 hours a day.
5. Track, track, and track!
6. Support and be supported.
