Then came my wonderful husband Todd who lifted me up, believed in me no matter what my past faults were and continues to love me today! My son Joshua who God has blessed me with for a short time on this earth! I will continue to run for a great prize because God gave me this one body, and he wants us to take care of it so that we can take care of others! My Goals:
I have made it down to 136 lbs! My next goal is to lose another 10 lbs, but so far I have been at a plateau. I will not give up because I know this program works!

My Program:
I like to alternate my workouts every day! I feel that variety is the key to staying motivated and not getting bored with your workouts! I feel that cardiovascular, weight training and relaxation exercises are all important to our over all fitness goals! I like doing videos that I have downloaded off of you tube. There are some really great workouts and I would rather workout at home then spending time at the gym! It has worked for me for the last five years!

Personal Information:
I am from Illinois. I am 44 years old and I have a 15 year old son! God has been making some changing in my life. I have two wonderful Grandchildren, Grayden and Kellan! I also became a Great Aunt last year to a little girl Sadey and a little boy Aiden! I have a wonderful Step-Daughter Brittany who has always been the Daughter I never had! I have a 15 year old Son that is doing wonderful in High School! Life couldn't be better!

Other Information:
I just believe that if you have a strong enough faith in God, you can accomplish anything!

Oh my goodness that is so awesome! Thank you for telling me about how you trade in cars! So true we have to learn to be flexible and work with ourselves and circumstances etc. And changing things up is always a good idea as not to get into a rut! My fave way is to keep trying new things!
