Mum of two trying to get in shape for life. I live on the East Coast of Devon, just a mile and half from the sea.

I keep letting injury, stress and work get in the way of keeping weight off, but i am determined to succeed this time and keep fit and healthy for life.

I will make sure I get me time to fit in the exercise and ignore everyone around me who is trying to sabotage my good endeavours.

I am back? A bit heavier again but I am slowly losing again.

My Program:
I go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week and. I also do a spinning class and a yoga type class once a week each. Some weeks I don't quite always get it in!

I also now try and cycle as much as possible - good for me and the environment and my pocket!

When the children are off school we also like to do some exercise as a family like tennis or badminton.

Personal Information:
I am from Exmouth in Devon and have two daughters aged 17 and 18.

I did enjoy the Aqua Fit, thank you.
I should have gone back on Monday but work got in the way! However, I am paid up for the 5th January and will continue after that.

Welcome back Hazel! I've just begun to start running again after a break of almost a year! How about a blog to update your Spark mates?
I look foward to seeing you around here again - I think I left the SW team as nothing was really happening there. Am currently doing a 100 days of weight loss by Linda Spangle which I'm really getting a lot out of.
