Fast forward a year from below. It's May 2010. Lost weight and gained some of it back - but not all. Need to get back to the gym and make it a habit. ------------------------------------- It's May 2009 and I'm planning a fitness week for myself the first week in June to jumpstart my last effort to lose weight. It's the last because this time, I will succeed AND keep the weight off.

My Program:
1. Journal my food 2. Eat a balanced diet of 1200-1800 calories with at least 30 grams of fiber. 3. Strength train 3x per week 4. Cardio train at least 30 minutes 3-5x per week.
