Promise

I want not only to lose myself, but motivate my husband to lose as
well, for health reasons. Weight has been an ongoing battle all my
life, but has gotten worse with the Arthritis. Hard to do stuff when it hurts, however, dying prematurely is a big motivator.
*NOTE*
The 48 pounds I have lost since Sept.3, David has lost 36 trying
to help/support me.
I feel so much better...............

Please don't worry Darlene, your previous comment is still there! But when there are many comments on a blog, they cannot all be on the same page. well, my dinner was french toast as was hubs dinner. But I used a lower calorie bread for mine, egg whites only, sugar free syrup, turkey bacon, parkay spray butter instead of butter. Those things made my a gazillion times lower in calories!

Hi Darlene, my experience with the gastric sleeve surgery is that the first week is unpleasant (not painful as such) because of the nausea: the stomach is reacting, which makes sense after all it has gone through, haha!
I hope you go for it. It really is life changing and I am enjoying life so much more now!!! All the best for your eye surgery though, one step at a time! :)
