Strength training and exercise increasing as I can.

"It comes down to a simple question: what do you want out of life, and what are you willing to do to get it?"
I am 29 with 2 great highly ACTIVE boys. I love them and my husband more than anything. I took me forever to realize I loved them and didn't care about myself. I finally realized that it is easier to care about others when you care about yourself first.
Looking to adjust my life, make my self better for those that I love! Which includes myself! : )

Where there is desire there is gonna be a flame Where there is a flame someone's bound to get burned But just because it burns doesnt mean you're die You gotta get up and try. Try ~~Pink
How do you say "thank you" for sunshine or health, for clear days or gentle rains... for happiness, joy or love? You can say it by sharing what you have. You say it by making the world a better place in which to live. ~ Thomas D. Willhite ~
One of the best messages I got............ Take chances...Tell the truth...Learn to say no...Spend money on the things you love... Laugh till your stomach hurts...Dance even if you are too bad at it... Pose stupidly for photos...Be childlike... Moral: Death is not the greatest loss in life...Loss is when life dies inside you while you're still alive. ~~~Celebrate this event called LIFE. ~~~
As you all can see, the ball has stopped half way to its perch. It's suspended there to remind us before we pop the champagne and celebrate the new year, to stop, and reflect on the year that has gone by, to remember both our triumphs and our missteps, our promises made and broken, the times we opened ourselves up to great adventures... or closed ourselves down for fear of getting hurt, because that's what new year's all about, getting another chance, a chance to forgive,..to do better, to do more, to give more, to love more, and to stop worrying about what if... and start embracing what will be. So when that ball drops at midnight, and it will drop, let's remember to be nice to each other, kind to each other, and not just tonight but all year long.
