My Goals:
Ultimately, I am training to change my life. What started it is, I am taking my family on a cruise next summer. I asked my 17 year old daughter if she wanted to be sitting on the pool deck with a dad who has a six-pack, or a pony keg. Short Term. . . Want to be able to walk into a room and people turn around and ask my wife, 'Is he with you?' I am a sucker for making my wife as happy as she makes me everyday.
My Program:
I am trying to watch what i eat. And I am hoping that Spark will help me track it. I do Zumba 1 hour, 3-4 days a week for my cardio--so much better than running on a treadmill. And I work out with TRX Suspeneion System. Best thing I've tried in a gym in a long time.
