to the Perimenopause...Team. Please feel free to ask questions. We are a friendly group of ladies all going through the same Season in our lives. emoticon

Also, please feel free to check out our Team's goals. We purposely made them just for our Team.

For example, the 'stretching 5 minutes' is important, especially when we feel too hormonal to exercise. The next best thing is to stretch a little. It can help us feel better in the long run.

I'm very sorry that you went through that awful experience. I have been there, but I did not suffer so much pain. That was a few years ago. Now I have tachycardia, and I'm taking medication. It's so strange the way these symptoms hit you. Just this morning I remembered Rosie O'Donnell, too. I was slightly nauseated, and just felt "strange". I got better. but every time I get those funny symptoms I worry. I had an MRI of my carotid arteries, and I have less than 1/2% blockage, so my neurologist told me not to worry. I hope that you'll be able to get rid of your stress. Think about your health first. That the biggest asset we all have. I will be praying for you. Take good care of yourself.
