Hi and Welcome.

April of 2013:
I am feeling amazing! Doing the weight loss surgery was the best thing I have did for myself. I have reversed everything that was wrong with me. Diabities? GONE. Hight blood pressure? GONE. High cholestoral? GONE.

The surgery was the perfect tool that I needed to be succesful with weight loss. This journey is hard work but so rewarding. I excersise almost everyday; 3 days of weight training and 2-3 days of cardio. The way I feel everyday...well is just amazing. No joint pain, no back pain, no foot pain...and not huffin'n'puffing walking around...can make a person feel amazing.

I still say it's a long road ahead...but I sure am traveling on it faster!

Dec of 2011:
Still a long road ahead...but I have help now. For anybody following my story; I had weight loss surgery on Sept 1 2011. I had the Sleeve Gastronomy surgery and I have lost 86 pds in 3 months. After struggling with the weight for so long...having the surgery is the best choice I have made.

Sept of 2009:
I have come a long way. Feel tons better and blood sugars are doing good. I now can't believe 2009 is almost over! Still a long road ahead...but at least I have some of that road behind me now!

Dec of 2008:
Can't believe it's almost 2009...and I'm HOW old??? LOL...only young 30's but haven't did a damn thing that I wanted to.
How do you go on a cruise when you know your going to be tired and uncomfortable?
How do you get on a plane...when you know damn well the seats won't fit you?

Well...life has been good to me. But how fast it all passes by...and how fast your health (bad health) sneeks up on you.

So join with me and "RAISE UP YOUR WATER GLASS AND CHEER FOR THAT LONG ROAD AHEAD"! And careful of those first few curves...their a dusey!
