Just a little encourgement:)

My Goals:
My goal is to reach 150 lbs. That will give me a healthy BMI and a weight at where I won't be ashamed of looking in the mirror anymore.

My Program:
My biggest problem is my portion control and maybe snacking once in a while. So if I can cut down my intake I should be pretty good.

Personal Information:
I've been engaged for about 6 years. Have 3 kids ages 12, 5, 3.
