Trying to find a healthy lifestyle

Hi my name is Dave. I am self employed and have a hard time finding the time to eat right, and get enough exercise. Hopefully with this site i will do a better job keeping track of both. In my spare time i like to play with my kids, ride my bikes, and listen to crazy music.

My Goals:
I would like to be 185 by Feb 2014. Need to loss weight so that I can meet the weight requirements for Philmont scout reservation, in NM. We plan to backpack 80 miles through the Rockies, and summit Mt. Baldy, and the tooth of time.

I still have alot of engery, but my endurance is lacking. Would like to do A century ride over the summer, and run a 5k with my son

My Program:
Cut my calorie intake to 1500-1900 per day

Complete 3 30min cardio work outs per week
