Getting & Staying Motivated!!

I really want to get motivated this time and stick with a program to lose the weight. I feel as tho I need a "buddy" to kick me in the butt every now and then....LOL Got to keep on moving!!!

Also, I want to look good for my next class 40-re-union & have a special gentleman take me to it. I don't want to be looking 20-30 pounds over-weight and blame it on age....that is NOT going to get with me. So, between now and 2014---I got to get in shape and STAY in shape.

Hi!! I've added you as a Spark friend. I am also working to lose 20 pounds by 9/30. Have you tried adding 10 minutes of walking during your breaks and lunch? You may be able to get 30 minutes in during your work day. Let me know. :-)
