A Brand New Me!
I am a very happy Mommy of 2 - and I just had my daughter 1 year ago in Mid-April. I am down almost 40 lbs with the help of Shakeology and Beachbody Programs. I use SparkPeople to help keep track of my intake and have recently completed the Insanity Program. I am LOVING my results and since July, I have gone from a Size 16 to a Size 8!!! Well my Goal was always to get back down to a Size 8...I'm currently there so I think I'll shoot for a 6!! I've never BEEN a 6!! :o)
