Thanks for stopping by my spark page. I am 29 who years old, and I am trying to get back to my weight when I first started dating my husband. I am 5'6'' and starting from 162 lbs. At my heaviest I have been 165 lbs. To read about how I've slowly put on the weight over the past 6 years read my first blog entry.

My goal is to do things to take care of myself, spend less time sitting in front of the TV, cut back on things in my diet that tend to upset my stomach, and incoporate more vegetables daily.

My Goals:
-Count my calories daily and eat between 1400-1600

-Get moving daily (either with Jillian Michael's 30 day shred, yoga, walking, biking, or anything else)

Starting weight 162 (1.1.13) BMI 26.2

GW #1 - 160 - reward - FitBit pedometer Goal Met 1/7/14
GW #2 - 155 BMI 25 reward- new yoga DVD & set of hand weights - Goal Met 1/24/14
GW #3 - 150 BMI 24.2 reward - new yoga matt Met 2/15/14
GW #4 - 145 BMI 23.4 reward - new tennis shoes
G #5 - maintain 145 for one month

My Program:
-Eat a range of 1400-1600 daily

-Walk my dog 1 mile 2x daily
-Four times a week - do HIIT, or jogging, and yoga

-Drink 8 cups of water daily
-Eat more Veggies



Personal Information:
I am critical care nurse. around the country taking contract assignments. I'm from Kansas but have worked in California, Oregon, and Washington.


Other Information:
I love to read and cook. Both take some planning and organization to do with my busy schedule. I particularly try to follow a Vegetarian diet 90% of the time.
