I am a mom of three young children. I would love to be able to keep up with my kids and teach them healthy eating habits. I am also attending school full time to get a degree in Social Work and then on for my Bachelors in Human Services. I would love to have more energy to stretch myself farther! I am also attending school full time to get a degree in Social Work and then on for my Bachelors in Human Services. I would love to have more energy to stretch myself farther! I have a wonderful boyfriend who loves me the way I am and only wants the best for me. I would like to believe him when he says I'm beautiful. I'd also like to be comfortable in my own skin. I would like to smile into a mirror instead of cringing. God says I am fearfully and wonderfully made, and that I am precious to him. I desperately want to realize that!

My Goals:
To look at myself and be able to say something positive To eat healthy the best I can for the day Trust in God's view of me Become more active Have a healthier overall outlook on life!!
My Program:
Regardless of whether or not I believe it for the day- Tell myself that "God says I am fearfully and wonderfully made" Tell myself one thing each day that I like about myself (and not the same thing!) Eat more fruits and vegetables for snacks and with meals Cut back on my portion size Only go for seconds of veggies, fruits, or water Do 10 minutes of activity each day on purpose until I can do more! Try to smile when I feel like frowning at least half the time :)
Other Information:
I am only one, But still I am one. I cannot do everything, But still I can do something; And because I cannot do everything I will not refuse to do the something that I can do. - Edward Everett Hale
