I am a mother of 4 wonderful children with a full time job, and desire to lose the baby/stress weight that I have put on since getting married and having children. I have tried for several years to get back into shape. Every time that I start I will lose 10-20 pounds and then slip up and go back to my old ways of eating and not exercising like I should. Eventually I always end up gaining some if not all of the weight back. Well, this time I am done with the ups and downs. I am hoping to lose 40+ lbs by my next birthday in April.

My Goals:
My goals are to get healthier for not only myself but for my 4 kids and my husband. A history heart disease and diabetes run in my family. Many of my family members have had heart attacks in their 40s and 50s. I want to be around for my kids longer than that so I am going to get healthier.
My Program:
Weight Watchers, walking, weekly weigh-ins and strenght training.
