Lose It For Good and Forever
2011/11/04 -- this is me starting over. The last 10 months have not been my finest. I broke my arm, quit WW's, all but stopped working out and gained 20 lbs.!! Well, NO MORE. It's time to give my head a shake, to pull my head out of the sand and do what it takes to get back in shape and healthy. 2011/11/04 -- this is me starting over. The last 10 months have not been my finest. I broke my arm, quit WW's, all but stopped working out and gained 20 lbs.!! Well, NO MORE. It's time to give my head a shake, to pull my head out of the sand and do what it takes to get back in shape and healthy. And I will! ======= My weight loss journey is now in it's 4th year and so far I've lost 61 lbs. with Weight Watchers and Exercise. The last year and a half has been brutal for weight loss but excellent for activity. I haven't lost any weight but did maintain AND I did my first 1/2 marathon in 2009. That was such a huge accomplishment for me. The Spark community has really helped me keep focused and on track. I've made only a few friends on here, but they are the best! And everyone else has been so supportive too. The first couple of years I was doing it was my friend, but she quit. It would have been so easy for me to quit too. But I didn't. I worked out even more at the gym and stayed focus. Thanks to this community I never felt like I was doing this alone. But I know I'm still not at my weight goal and this will be the year that that happens. I've proven to myself that I can maintain a weight loss, so now I got to get to my goal, which is only 10 lbs away, and do what I've been doing to maintain it!

According to WW - 141, but I would like to be 135. Also, to continue my work outs at the gym and aerobics classes.
My Program:
Weight Watchers' meetings. Exercise including aerobics, weights, cardio and walking.
