My Goals:
I've still got a little bit to lose, and I'd like to get rid of the tummy.

Other Information:
If I can not drink my yummy-smelling coffee so I can take a fasting blood glucose test, I can resist the chips in the back office! In dealing with my sons' food allergies, I've learned (again) to really pay attention to what I eat. Healthy eating is no different, just different consequences.

Thank you for your comments about the speech development. As an early intervention specialist and special needs preschool teacher, I have seen children who just needed a little boost and others who would hve fallen through the cracks if they had not been screened. Some do well once they are school age and others still need assistance for speech. It is definitely better not to ignore the issues.
