Great!! What seems to work for me is playing a bit of a mind-game with myself: telling myself that it's temporary. If you love bread and cheese you probably can't realisitically give them up forever and if you try to you will rebel and eat them (well, I would anyway, haha). But if you challenge yourself to say no to them for a set period of time you may be more likely to stick with that. Best of luck!! 1700 days ago
