Same goal, different motivation!

First and foremost I am a follower of Christ. I'm 25. I'm proud to be an army wife. It has been 5 years as of January...it's hard to believe! We have 3 beautiful daughters: Natalie Elise (5), Taylor Grayce (2), and Brooke Marie (1). I stay at home with our daughters everyday which is the best job EVER (and don't let anyone tell you it's not "real" work). Unfortunately through those 3 pregnancies I have packed on, taken off, and packed BACK on those pounds. I am in this to get those pounds off ...

Unfortunately through those 3 pregnancies I have packed on, taken off, and packed BACK on those pounds. I am in this to get those pounds off for the LAST time. I am done with emotional eating! I am done with starting an workout routine only to quit 2 weeks later! I am tired of my weight flunctuating!! I am ready to finally make this a lifestyle!

Hah, nice to meet ya finally emoticon

I do enjoy Spin, and it can be tough. You do have some control over it given you decide how hard you want the resistance based on the instructor's calling out increase/decrease and your level of fitness.

Try it out sometime! But you'll need to sign up at 9am the day before to guarantee a spot usually, but not always. Also the toughness varies on the instructor.

I'd say Shannon is the easiest of the three, she teaches Thursday. Charissa is next hardest on Fridays and Christine is the hardest instructor, on Mon and Wednesdays. Bootcamp/Spin combo on Tuesday is a whole other level of intensity. I've never taken the evening classes, so I don't know about Nick's classes.

Hey! Maybe I'll run into you then. I've been doing Spin Mon/Wed and Fri, and the Bootcamp/Spin on Tues. Otherwise I'm hitting the weights or treadmill/elliptical emoticon

I'm a stay at home mom as well, though my youngest is 8, so I'm thinking of getting at least a parttime job this fall. Even in school there's so much to deal with like vacations, teacher days, sick days...it just seemed easier and more economical to keep on staying at home.
